Welcome to Majlis Al Fakher Trading FZ-LLC. By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Majlis Al Fakher Trading FZ-LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates with trade license number CWEP3349.

• "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Majlis Al Fakher Trading FZ-LLC.
• "Website" refers to our e-commerce platform and online presence.
• "Products" refers to all items listed for sale including perfumes, cosmetics, garments, electronics, and hookah accessories.
• "Services" refers to our retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) trading activities.
• "Customer", "You", "Your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing our products.
• "UAE" refers to the United Arab Emirates.
• "Free Zone" refers to Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone where our company is registered.

Majlis Al Fakher Trading FZ-LLC operates under a Products & Services E-Trading license, engaging in:

All trading activities comply with UAE Free Zone regulations and international trade practices.

We offer the following product categories through our e-trading platform:

5.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp at +971 55 238 7805. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these terms.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED). Retail prices apply to UAE B2C customers. Wholesale pricing is available for B2B customers based on order volume and is provided upon inquiry.

5.3 Payment Methods

• UAE Customers: Secure online payment (credit/debit cards), bank transfer, or cash on delivery (where available).
• International B2B Customers: Bank transfer, letter of credit, or agreed payment terms for wholesale orders.

5.4 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon payment verification. A confirmation email/WhatsApp message will be sent with order details.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For international shipments, risk passes when goods are handed to the carrier.

7.1 UAE Retail (B2C)

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless product is defective.

7.2 International Wholesale (B2B)

• All wholesale sales are final unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Returns for wholesale orders are subject to inspection and may incur restocking fees.

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Apply to wholesale orders and vary by product category.
• Pricing: Wholesale prices are provided upon request based on volume and destination.
• Export Documentation: We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin as required.
• Payment Terms: Typically 50% advance payment and 50% before shipment for new customers. Established relationships may qualify for different terms.
• Shipping Terms: FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) available. Incoterms specified in quotation.

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Majlis Al Fakher Trading FZ-LLC and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Majlis Al Fakher Trading FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
